A three-person workflow game. Blue passes work to red, red passes it to yellow, and yellow produces the finished work. A completed item appears only after yellow finishes. A downstream colleague sometimes waits, then carries completed work away; every collected manual or generative AI output produces one dollar sign. The bottleneck alternates between blue and red, while generative AI speeds up the same sequential workflow. In agentic mode the completed-work pile disappears. One triggered agent moves at worker level between blue and red and another moves between red and yellow, using tools and data alongside the people. Multiple blue work items stream rapidly to red and multiple red work items stream rapidly to yellow. Yellow output then branches into insight, action, and new service outcomes. Each collected agentic outcome produces three dollar signs to show higher value.
